Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS): 5–7 business days. Rates calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days. Available at checkout for an additional fee.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If tracking has not updated after 5 business days, email us at support@onewayair.com.
If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbors or building management. Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
